YOU WILL NEED
- Loose fitting clothes (avoid skirts, tight trousers, heels, jewellery, etc.)
- Thick socks or indoor slippers for the practice room.
- Flat tennis shoes for outdoor activities.
- A plaid to be comfortable
COMING TO SAÔNE & SOI (Lyon – 69)
The practice space is located on the right side of the Saône, between the St Vincent and Homme de la Roche footbridges, at 10 minutes by walk from Terreaux (5minutes by bus) and at 15 minutes with the bus C3 of La Part Dieu.

It is also possible to park on the berks of the Saône. For this option, there is 3 access from de Quai Pierre Scize : in front of the 107, or the 58 just after the Homme de la Roche footbridge, and in front of the 15 Quai Pierre Scize.
